Cooperation model
We are the people for the hardest tasks! Delving into large projects that repeatedly turn into along-term cooperation, we strive to focus even on the smallest details at every stage of theproject. Needs analysis
During series of meetings, we carry out substantial and accurate conversations with the client.We get to know our client and his initial idea, needs, preferences and even attitude to theworld and technology.
Analysis document
At the stage of analyzing customer’s needs, the collected information is passed on to ourbusiness analysts who after the comprehensive analysis of the market and the generated opportunities propose several target solutions and methodologies to achieve the expectedresults. Most importantly, the result of their work is transmitted electronically in the form of the document, which makes it easier for the client to choose the most appropriate actionscenario.
Budget calculation and schedule
The next step is to establish a binding schedule of work, determine the costs and terms of settlements provided, and the effects of work from this stage are included in the analysis document and they are its integral part. Each client is different and at the same time unique because of which makes the choice of project methodology not a trivial issue. We do not impose agile or cascading methodologies in advance. It's our job to get to know the customer and choose the right methodology for him.
Implementation of the project
We know from experience that the best results are provided by the Client's active participation in tests, the process of creating and developing documentation. Therefore, at this stage, we do everything to ensure that the client is an integral part of our team and has a continuous access to a dedicated IT system where he can see ongoing progress of work and plans.
